Yoshinori Masuda was born in Japan. Yoshi came to NY late 90’s.

He went to the acting school in NY and appeared in some movies and TV commercial. He is SAG・AFTRA member since 2008.

Despite a career as an actor, he has passion to food and drink industry. He has worked several restaurants as a waiting staff and a bartender for more than 20 years in New York. He has a bartender license in NY. He has knowledge of food, drinks, beer ,sake and wine.

In late 2017, he started his own YouTube channel about beer. The name of Beer Nommelier was born at that time. Nommelier is NOMU plus sommelier. NOMU means drink in Japanese. Sommelier is a trained and knowledgeable wine professional, who specializes in all aspects of wine service as well as wine and for pairing.

So Nommelier is a drink specialist.

日本生まれ、９０年の後半にアメリカのニューヨークに渡る。

俳優学校を卒業後、映画、テレビコマーシャルなどに出演。２００８年からアメリカの労働組合 SAG・AFTRA メンバー。

役者業の傍ら、飲食の業界に興味を持ち、ニューヨークで様々なレストランに　ウエイトスタッフそしてバーテンダーとして２０年以上働く。その間にバーテンダーライセンスを取得する。飲食関連の事のみならず、ビール、日本酒、ワインなど多岐に渡る知識がある。

２０１７年の後半に自分のビールの事についてのユーチューブチャンネルを開設。その時にビール・ノムリエの名前が生まれた。ノムリエとは日本語の飲むとソムリエの融合で飲むスペシャリストである。
